Gather Info Like Squirrels Gather Nuts!

During the information gathering phase of your appointments, ask as many questions as you possibly can, before you even think about presenting any selling facts. Most customers like to talk and will quickly become bored if you interrupt them with what you think is important. That one additional piece of information you discover, will be the “chestnut” that will take you to the completion of the sale.
