“Watch Their Time”

There's only one thing worse than quests who overstay their welcome.  It is salespeople who camp out at their prospects' offices.  If your prospect is fidgeting and distracted, it may be because of the above stated problem.  Contrary to the belief of some, the length of an appointment does NOT have direct correlation to the success of the sale.

“Communicate to Your Employees”

Do you really communicate with your employees?  For example, do you think some of your employees have management potential in the near future?  Tell them now so as a team you can build their plan to gain leadership skills.  By expressing interest in your employees, you demonstrate you care about them, your company and a planned future.  Nurture leadership and it will grow!

“Clothing makes the man or woman.”

Today's business casual is confusing.  The secret is to look relaxed without looking sloppy.  If you are planning to wear a sweater for work, buy the best you can afford.  Better quality fibers will last longer and look new for the life of the sweater.  Skimping will give you a garment that is stretched, untidy and pilled.
