Sure
you need capital, great employees, dynamite location, and a plan to
make it happen. The one thing you must have to survive is
CUSTOMERS – and lots of them! Providing
magnificent service is the key to keeping and attracting customers.

| Nothing is more frustrating to your
prospect than for them to ask you a direct question and to have you
give them a very convoluted answer. Practice listening to inquiries.
Give your answer in one sentence. You don’t have to give a whole
story, just the facts!

Do you know what your customers want?
Maybe you did in 1987. Take time to view your business from the
customers’ viewpoint. What do they see when they walk in the door?
Is it clear what your business does? Enlist your employees to shop the
competition, question customers and continually improve the value you
provide to the customer. A satisfied customer is pleasing to the eye!

| Yep, the most successful people gain
their success because they make it a habit to know everything about
their product or service...and the same about the competition. The
smartest ones, do all that, and then don’t tell. They stay quiet
about their knowledge, allowing the prospect to be the authority about
the competition. Dumb like a fox!
