Sabotage

Many times sales people will do something that hinders their success. They may be afraid of being foolish in their attempt, they may be so fearful of what they need to do, or they may just lack motivation. The easiest way to stay on track is to have someone supporting your efforts. It may be a sales manager, another sales person, a friend or even a coach. These people will help you to realize how successful you can be and they will also tell you how wonderful you are when you actually achieve! The secret is in asking for the help.

Slang

If you guys want to sound professional, it might make good sense to remove phrases from your language that detract from your professionalism. It ain’t easy to do unless you become aware of how you sound. The best way to get begin is to ask for feedback from a dude you admire for his communication skills. Awareness is the first step in changing a verbal habit you may have developed so well, to you it sounds normal
