| Debby Peters was a top sales person and successful
sales manager for a period of 14 years. While working for Paychex, Inc. in the early '80's, she
was in the "top ten" sales club several years in a row. In 1986 she became responsible for
the sales and sales management of a start-up payroll service company, in Detroit,
Michigan. Today sales people she trained continue to prosper at this multi-million
dollar company. She has written and published articles pertaining to referral
prospecting, cold calling and sales management. She is also an expert in helping
managers to motivate their sales forces to the highest levels of success.
With a relocation to Perrysburg, Ohio in 1992, Ms. Peters founded Sales...And More!
to help businesses focus and fine tune their sales operations. Clients of Ms. Peters
include not only small to medium sized businesses, but also individual sales people
who come to Ms. Peters for sales coaching. Additionally in 1998, Coach Peters began
offering "TeleCoaching" services so that sales people can come to her NW Ohio office
for a coaching session without wasting travel time.
Peters, who has three grown children, lives in Perrysburg with her husband, Steve
Cotner and their ever changing menagerie of animals.

John Meyer is the District Director for the Mid-West
Region for BNI. BNI (Business Network International) is a business referral
organization with over 1200 chapters throughout the world. Since inception,
BNI has generated over 1 million referrals which resulted in more than $1 billion
worth of business for its members. John currently has 32 chapters of BNI in Ohio
alone. His motto or "tagline" on his business card is, "Your success is our business."
He also lives and demonstrates the BNI philosophy of giver's gain. As a former banker,
John understands the business world and how vital it is for businesses to have a way to
find new customers.

Since entering the insurance industry in 1976,
Margaret truly displays the term "student of the business" starting her career
as a receptionist in an insurance firm, she quickly developed the skills and
confidence to direct and manage all administrative functions in the office as
well as training new sales associates in social style profiles. After 6 years
in this capacity, she moved into sales and became brokerage director for New
England, where she developed and implemented an aggressive insurance brokerage
marketing program and received the company's national brokerage sales managers
award. In 19085, she joined the Westfield companies as their Life Marketing
Manager in NW Ohio and SE Michigan. As a coach in the field of insurance, Margaret
can help any professional business grow their business. She works with law firms,
accounting firms and insurance firms.
