Debby Peters

Debby Peters was a top sales person and successful sales manager for a period of 14 years. While working for Paychex, Inc. in the early '80's, she was in the "top ten" sales club several years in a row. In 1986 she became responsible for the sales and sales management of a start-up payroll service company, in Detroit, Michigan. Today sales people she trained continue to prosper at this multi-million dollar company. She has written and published articles pertaining to referral prospecting, cold calling and sales management. She is also an expert in helping managers to motivate their sales forces to the highest levels of success. With a relocation to Perrysburg, Ohio in 1992, Ms. Peters founded Sales...And More! to help businesses focus and fine tune their sales operations. Clients of Ms. Peters include not only small to medium sized businesses, but also individual sales people who come to Ms. Peters for sales coaching. Additionally in 1998, Coach Peters began offering "TeleCoaching" services so that sales people can come to her NW Ohio office for a coaching session without wasting travel time. Peters, who has three grown children, lives in Perrysburg with her husband, Steve Cotner and their ever changing menagerie of animals.

John Meyer

John Meyer is the District Director for the Mid-West Region for BNI. BNI (Business Network International) is a business referral organization with over 1200 chapters throughout the world. Since inception, BNI has generated over 1 million referrals which resulted in more than $1 billion worth of business for its members. John currently has 32 chapters of BNI in Ohio alone. His motto or "tagline" on his business card is, "Your success is our business." He also lives and demonstrates the BNI philosophy of giver's gain. As a former banker, John understands the business world and how vital it is for businesses to have a way to find new customers.

Lonn Dugan

Lonn's background is in sales and marketing. His first career spanned 20 years. He built a global, niche market leading company where he created or managed one global brand, and several domestic category leading brands. Lonn served the last ten years as President and CEO. Full P&L Responsibilities included staff development, strategic planning, marketing, technology implementation, and in-house ad agency services. Lonn provided leadership and oversight for sales, finance, production, and shipping personnel. He also designed products, packaging, logos, catalog sheets, flyers, and magazine ads. Lonn's educational articles and essays on leadership were often published in trade journals. He continues to be a highly rated Powerpoint presenter at industry trade shows.

in 1998 Lonn merged his hobby interest in Computers and the Internet with his leadership and marketing skills, to launch his new career. Lonn founded BIG Design in 1998 as an Internet and Graphic Services provider. The company slogan is, "We help small businesses use technology to sell their stuff". If the company raised its rates, you might call it an ad agency. BIG Design offers all manner of Digital Design and Marketing Services, from web hosting and design to web development and e-commerce. Services also include digitial imaging and short run color printing. Clients include firms ranging from startup to $50,000,000+ per year in sales.

Lonn brings more real world business experience to the 'Web Coach', position than most web designers or ad men can ever hope to experience. Clients appreciate that his broad experience helps them succeed where artists and programmers cannot.
