Business Coaching for Growth - $500 per month (3 month minimum - pay three months and the price will be $1400 OR best value = one year for $5000 paid at beginning)

Three one-hour face-to-face coaching sessions (Toledo area) OR

Group Business Mastermind - $150 (six month commitment - billable via subscription service)

Option 1: All through a telephone conference center:

Three 60-minute sessions with a group of business owners (2 to 8 people)
Typical group deals with all the areas of a business, including your personal life as it relates to your business.
Each participant will have an opportunity for a "Hot Seat*" one time per month
Accountability follow-up weekly through email
Laser coaching (10 minutes) available on a first come first serve basis via phone.

This program will get the results as you network and grow with other owners!

Option 2: Available for groups of 6 in North West Ohio

One meeting monthly for 2 - 4 hours - depending on group size and desire.
Typical group deals with all the areas of a business, including your personal life as it relates to your business.
Each participant will have an opportunity for the "Hot Seat*" at each meeting.
Accountability follow-up weekly thru email.
Two 10-minute laser coaching calls per month available if desired.

*Hot Seat - The business owner brings a question or issue that he/she is desiring clarity and feedback. You will get a list of power question ideas to help formulate your question. Your Mastermind team will then ask more questions, give you feedback and sometimes ideas and solutions that will surprise you beyond belief.

Coaching is designed to help you identify your business vision, goals, the strategies to move forward, and action plans. Businesses that spend even just 2 hours a month planning and looking forward exceed their expectations and design the business that makes them happy. Businesses doing 2 hours of planning weekly usually surprise their competitors, too.

If you, as a business owner, want to move forward faster, you may be a candidate for coaching. Expect to put your seat belt on and move into the fast lane with planning, visioning and expert review. Linda, of Changing Lanes, will provide you with the accountability you need while sharing her expertise of over 20 years of small business consulting and coaching.

On all sessions, you have the option of hourly sessions, half hour sessions or even half day sessions. You will design the program that best fits your needs.

Coaching services are normally $125 per hour. Purchase coaching sessions in volume to save dollars. These are "phone only" coaching sessions unless you are in the greater Toledo area.

$100 Total	SAVE $25 Pre-pay for one hour session or combination of sessions.
$450 Total	SAVE $50 Pre-pay for four one hour sessions or combination of half hour sessions.
