Keep it simple and see how you and your team will grow!<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>What are your expectations<\/strong> for each member of the team beyond the job description?<\/li>\n<li><strong>What are your values<\/strong>? Do you value speedy work or detailed work?<\/li>\n<li><strong>What are your strengths<\/strong>?
