Some of the ways you can open<br \/>\nthe lines of communication is by asking your staff questions and really<br \/>\nlistening to what they say.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>What would you change to make this a better place to work? <\/li>\n<li>What is working, what is not working?<\/li>\n<li>Can we make customer service better, how?<\/li>\n<li>What would you eliminate?<\/li>\n<li>Would spend your money on these services?<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Empowering your<br \/>\nstaff with their insights and opinions can give them a sense of<br \/>\nownership and pride in their work, and as you already know, a happy<br \/>\nworker, is a productive worker!<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>I cannot count how many times I have sat behind my desk thinking &#8220;If I owned this place I would do things differently&#8221;.
