| Gardener's have the best dirt - Yes, the most important
thing about me is I love to play in the garden. In fact, I have
my office window so I look out over the bird garden and watch them
dive in and out of the bird bath. I'm married, have two kids
(grown and in college), two basset hounds, and live in Maumee,
Ohio a block away from the historic Maumee River.
|
| I have been working with small businesses for 15 years and love to
see business owners achieve their dreams. I enjoy learning new things
and find excitement when I work with a new industry and learn with the
owner how to achieve success. Working with clients face-to-face, over
the telephone, and through the internet, I find joy in helping others.
Passing on what I have learned to others is part of my style.
So, when you are ready to grow your business, give me a call!

Why use a Business Coach?
| Business Owners know a lot, have achieved a lot, and
are complex, multifaceted people. We have much to learn
from each other. A business coach can be the eyes and ears
to the outside world and the business environment to spot
trends that could harm your business and opportunities to
expand your business. A business coach is that second set
of eyes that is unaffected by internal company politics and
who is far enough removed from to be able to provide you with
unbiased advice on business decisions.
A business coach is
there to help you run your business not have your business run you.
|
Working with a coach is a great way for a successful business to:
|
- Set higher quality goals and reach those goals;
- Eliminate rather than tolerate the negatives;
- Focus on your business to more quickly produce results;
- Accelerate development of a business.
- We work together to design and reach for the future you have always wanted.
- A business and a coach are partners. We listen to you,
make suggestions, point out connections, share some powerful
tools, and focus on what is important to you. We make the changes you want.
|
|
|
Why does coaching work?
| Coaching works because it brings out your best.
A coach believes you have the answers and will help you
realize them! The time is invested in moving forward,
not reassessing the past.
|
Specifically, a coach will:
- Listen to what you say, what you are trying to say,
and what you are not saying.
- Share advice, ideas, comments and views on your
situation, dilemma or opportunity.
- Confirm, provide support, compassion and acknowledgement
for those activities that are going well, need reinforcement,
or an outside voice of endorsement.
- Suggest - If you want to grow your business you will
have to make changes. A coach will give you suggestions
and requests to help you achieve the successful life you want.
