the wheels will always follow the rut in the road; the path of least resistance.\u00a0 Think of momentum as &#8220;We <em>Tried<\/em> that, <em>True<\/em> it works and it is a <em>Tired<\/em> method and it has become a <strong>habit<\/strong>&#8220;.\u00a0 As a manager or owner, getting staff to change is hard work and establishing\u00a0 a new habit will be essential to transfer the energy and new momentum.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Passivity<\/strong>:\u00a0 When you hear your staff say &#8220;<strong>Sure<\/strong>&#8220;, &#8220;<strong>Fine<\/strong>&#8220;, &#8220;<strong>Whatever<\/strong>&#8221; you may be working with passive non-engaged employees.\u00a0 Engaged employees will want to help your business thrive and new ideas will be discussed, critiqued and assessed for viability.\u00a0 You want your staff to question &#8220;will this work&#8221; and not just say &#8220;sure, fine, whatever.&#8221; To quote Jessica Hagy from her article <a title=\"Passivity\" href=\"http:\/\/www.forbes.com\/sites\/jessicahagy\/2012\/02\/28\/the-six-enemies-of-greatness-and-happiness\/\">&#8220;There&#8217;s a difference between being agreeable and agreeing to everything.&#8221;<\/a><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Building a sustainable business means always moving forward &#8211;
